Trust Me Don’t Waste Your Time And Submit Site To Google
Are you trying to increase your online sales? Making money with Google is one of the more popular ways to get more viewers on your site. They’re a very popular advertising agent, so you may want to give them a shot.
Now, you may be tempted to try submitting your site to them directly. Google does allow that option; you can send them your URL, and they’ll index your site into their search engine results. That way, they can bring up your site when people search for you. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth your time. Yes, it’s free. No, it’s not really going to hurt you. But trust me: don’t waste your time and submit site to Google. You’ll be much better off if you use the time to work on your website. Or feed the cat. Either way, it’s going to be more productive.
You see, Google’s web crawler (GoogleBot) is designed to follow links to websites, so it can find new sites and assess the relevance of old ones. So if you’ve got anyone online who’s posting links to your site, you’ve got a pretty good chance of being noticed anyway. And if you don’t have any links, you’re going to be placed so low in relevance anyway that nobody will ever see your name in the result pages.
Now, if you want a program that actually works, you should try working with Google AdWords. AdWords is an advertising program that allows Google to post ads for your site on their result pages. So you’re on the result pages, anyway – you’re just on the sidebar. Don’t worry; you’ll still be placed with relevant searches. And as a bonus, you’ll only have to pay for the ads that are actually clicked on, which means you’re not sending Google a check for ineffective ads. It’s much more useful than Google Submit, and certainly worth the investment.
