At the beginning of each session it is recommended you take it slow and do some light swimming for 3 to 5 minutes.
“If you are a beginner, swim 250 meters in 12 to 15 minutes. Then try to get to 1000 meters in 27 to 30 minutes,” says Nicky Waterman the expert consulted by the tabloid. At the end of each session it is required to take it slow for 5 minutes.
