Lose weight using the cabbage soup diet

This is the diet that works like this: the more you eat, the more you lose weight. You still do not believe it? Wait, come learn more. You cannot eat just anything, and your basic food for 1 week (this is how long diet is) is cabbage soup. This is the fastest way to lose weight.

How to prepare the soup for the cabbage soup diet plan?

Choose some suitable onions, 2 green peppers, 1 medium or 2 small cabbages, 2 cans of tomato soup, salt and pepper to taste, celery leaf, pepper (if you like spicy foods) and parsley.

Clean and cut them and put them in a pot with water to cover them. Boil them for 10 minutes at high heat and for 2 hours on low heat. Then eat as much. It is fulfilling and it tastes pretty good.

How do you diet?

The diet is recommended for 7 days at the end of which, unless you cheat, you lose between 13 and 15 pounds.

On the first day, besides cabbage soup, you are allowed to eat as many fruits as you want to drink lots of water.

The next day, combine cabbage soup with vegetables and water, but make sure you avoid vegetables such as beans, peas, potatoes and corn.

On the third day eat both fruits and vegetables, and of course a lot of soup and water.

On the fourth day eat 3 bananas and soup. Do not forget about water.

On the fifth day you can have 28 ounces of beef or chicken, soup and lots and lots of water.

On the sixth day you can eat boiled rice along with the soup you have already got used to.

On the seventh day eat grilled lean fish and more soup.

If you feel you lose too much weight in the first few days, discontinue the diet for 2 days and then start it again.
